Roles, processors and retention periods that apply to the processing of your workspace data.

Roles
You are responsible for the content you submit. Saywell processes the email, the jobs, the confirmed persona and, if you link a channel, non-monetary retention metrics.
Processors
Hosting, billing and the generation provider, always called through the internal gateway. No model is exposed in the interface, and no free-form prompt is accepted.
Retention periods
YouTube: current state and previous state, 12 h window. Transcripts and full bodies follow entitlement and the workspace purge rules.
Exercising your rights
Export and deletion are requested from Settings, with an explicit confirmation. Deletion covers OAuth tokens, workspace data and the vectors derived from them.
