A bounded theater, not a thread of messages

Saywell takes an idea, runs the pipeline of the format you picked, sends it through the experts that format lights up, and returns a plan, a spoken script or a caption. Each expert queries its corpus and abstains when evidence is missing. After you publish, the loop closes on YouTube: retention is attached to the beats of the plan.

Formats

What the catalog holds

Six public formats. The format is chosen before the idea, because it decides which experts light up.

  • YouTube — video

Long script: beat plan, spoken delivery, title packaging.

Long video · 8 min by default · 8 steps

  • YouTube Shorts

Short vertical script. Hook, spoken line, CTA if the offer is locked.

Short video · 1 min by default · 7 steps

  • Instagram — post

Post caption. Persona + copy, no spoken beats.

    Post · 2 min by default · 6 steps

  • Instagram — Reel

Spoken Reel. Same persona, short-format experts.

Short video · 1 min by default · 7 steps

  • LinkedIn — post

Professional post. Offer never invented without a lock.

    Post · 2 min by default · 6 steps

  • TikTok — video

Short spoken video. Shared persona, short-format experts.

Short video · 1 min by default · 7 steps

Process

The theater, pipeline family by family

The rail below is not an illustration: it is read from the format catalog, the only authority. One pipeline family, one rail.

Long video

Example: YouTube — video · 8 steps

  1. 01

    Context

Persona sets the frame: audience, voice, offer, confirmed facts. Nothing invented.

  2. 02

    Angle

Ideas picks an angle and holds it. With evidence, otherwise silence.

  3. 03

    Retention

The plan splits into beats. Each beat carries a named intent.

  4. 04

    Packaging

Title, thumbnail, opening promise. No invented numbers.

  5. 05

    Spoken script

The text is written as it is said: rhythm, breaths, house rules.

  6. 06

    Funnel

A call to action only if the offer is locked. Otherwise the expert abstains.

  7. 07

    Review

Bounded reread: one flag per beat, not a free opinion.

  8. 08

    Ready

The deliverable is readable in full. Next: review, export, planning.

Workshop

Seven experts, and what each one refuses to invent

No expert is reserved for a higher plan: all seven are open from the first paid plan. Plans differ by minutes and features, never by the workshop.

Persona

Sets the frame before anything else: audience, niche, tone, offer, forbidden topics.

On for all six formats

Refuses to invent
Cites only a field you have confirmed. An unlocked offer stays a hypothesis, never a fact.
Corpus queried
Your workspace: connected channel, imported posts, confirmed fields

Ideas

Picks an angle and holds it, trend or off-trend.

Refuses to invent
With no retrieved evidence, no angle is proposed. No endless brainstorm.

Retention

Splits the plan into beats, each carrying a named intent.

Refuses to invent
An untyped rule is not applied. No drop-off is predicted: the beat is named, the curve comes after publication.

Packaging

Title, thumbnail, opening promise — or the copy of a post.

Refuses to invent
No invented numbers, no views promised, no virality score. A title is not a counter.

Packaging corpus

Spoken script

Writes the text as it is said: rhythm, breaths, anchors.

Refuses to invent
Outside your persona's house rules, it stops instead of improvising.

Funnel

Ties the script to the offer: call to action, path to the act.

Refuses to invent
No call to action until your workspace offer is locked. It stays silent rather than invent one.

Review

Rereads the other experts and plants a flag where it snags.

Refuses to invent
One flag per beat, never a single score. Without evidence, no verdict.

Persona

Your persona writes with them

Shared across every format, like the workspace memory. It is why the same angle is not written the same way for two creators.

  • Connect your channel

Server-side. Titles, descriptions and transcripts of your videos are used to describe your voice — never to promise an audience.

  • Import your posts

Your LinkedIn or Instagram posts give sentence length, tics, opening formulas, what you never say.

  • Confirm every field

Nothing enters the persona without your confirmation. The offer has its own lock: while it is open, the Funnel expert emits no call to action.

The same idea, two personas

Illustrative example — not a measured output

Submitted idea: “Why I stopped keeping a to-do list”

Persona A — developer, dry tone, offer locked (course)

“I deleted my to-do list in March. Three weeks later I was shipping more. Here's what I was looking at instead.”

Offer locked: Funnel places a named call to action at the close.

Persona B — coach, warm tone, offer unlocked

“I was sold the to-do list as discipline. For me it was mostly a way to postpone the one task that counted.”

Offer open: Funnel abstains. The script ends without an invented call to action.

Measurement

Three families, three displays

Merging plan, review and observed into a single score is a product bug, not a simplification. Without data, a family stays empty rather than dressed up.

P

Plan

Plan quality before filming: beats, intents, visuals. Never mixed with E or O.

E

Execution

Review A / Review B after the script. A reread, not a “viral” score.

O

Observed

YouTube retention attached to beats. With no linked video, O stays empty — not a dressed-up dash.

The demonstration is one script

1 trial script, 8 minutes at most, no credit card. The plan is readable. Full spoken text and export open after a paid plan.
